High quality document production from complex structured data
// Aiddocs usage scenarios
Key Problem
Technical documents can be based on large and complex data structures. They can be long, have tens or hundreds of pages, contain images, tables, references and technical formulas. Managing their contents, and producing easily readable layouts may be very challenging, especially, if you want to present the content for the customer in easily readable format.
Aiddocs Solution
Aiddocs uses Microsoft Word for specification of layout and formatting of the documents. This means that all the wide functionality of Word is available for designer. On the other hand Aiddocs relies on XML as the format for the structured data, which means that the document can be customized according to the customer specific data.
